Fourth Annual CVPA Student Career Evening

The College of Visual and Performing Arts alumni chapter is pleased to sponsor an evening for current CVPA students addressing the challenges and opportunities of navigating a career in the arts entitled "Arts in the Real World".

• FREE dinner buffet
• Information: tables in the Mason Hall Alumi Atrium with information from each of the CVPA disciplines (AVT, Dance, Music, Theater, Film and Video Studies, Arts Management) regarding job opportunities and career tracks for graduates.
• Discussion panel of CVPA alumni from each discipline highlighting 1) real-life stories of various artists/art managers and 2) how to network in the arts.
• Opportunity to network with outside arts organizations and working arts professionals

Evening Schedule:
6:00-6:30pm- Mason Hall Alumni Atrium, dinner buffet
6:30-7:20pm- Mason Hall Meese Conference Room, Panel discussion on career paths
7:20-8:00pm- Q&A breakout discussions by discipline
8:00-8:30pm- Informal networking
